Refunds

A refund is not possible without prior notice. All refunds are subject to the terms and conditions laid down by individual hotels, restaurants, carriers, contractors etc. A no refund applies for `NO SHOW` or services not utilized by certain tour members.

Cancellations

• High Season - 1 (one) night accommodation for cancellation 7 days prior to arrival
• Peak Season - 1 (one) night accommodation for cancellation 14 days prior to arrival
• All other dates - 1 (one) night accommodation for cancellation 72 hours prior to arrival
• No Show - 50% charge of total stay

Liability

We are not responsible for any Bank Fees implemented; therefore an additional US$ 30 will be levied on the top of invoice.

• All prices are quoted net in US Dollars
• Meals are provided only when stated in the itinerary
• 50% deposit must be made 4 weeks before arrival and the balance should be paid in full prior to or on arrival.
• We will not take any responsibility for any delays, losses, failure to make onward connections, accidents, sickness etc.
• We will do anything possible to make the tour or program satisfying for the clients.
